I enjoy working with adults in an individual and group setting. My preferred approach is a person-centered, strengths based approach that emphasizes a partnership between the client and therapist. Depending on the needs of each individual, I draw from cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and problem solving therapy. I enjoy being able to provide support and helping individuals learn coping skills that will help them throughout their lives. I enjoy working with a variety of populations and attending training classes and conferences to better support those populations, including the LGBTQ+ community.
